IDF Capital, a Level 1 B-BBEE black female-owned fund manager established in 2008, finances high-growth black-owned and controlled SMEs with a gender-lens strategy: credit facilities of R50,000 to R25 million (equity deals up to R110 million) via short and long-term debt, quasi-equity and equity. Most products require 12 months of trading with at least 3 completed trades, and funding generally cannot exceed 50 percent of prior 12-month revenue.
