Overview

Northern Cape businesses that are at least 51 percent black-owned (or 30 percent black or black-women-owned with a B-BBEE level of 1-3) can apply for blended grant-plus-loan funding through the NEF. The fund is sector-agnostic and still actively investing - eight funded businesses were launched in April 2026.
