UIF-funded turnaround support (not a cash grant) for distressed companies facing potential retrenchments: Productivity SA consultants diagnose the business and implement turnaround strategies across operations, finance, HR and marketing to save jobs. Targets companies with a minimum of 20 employees facing large-scale job losses; Productivity SA also runs the dtic-funded Workplace Challenge for manufacturing SMEs.
