R500 million fund supporting South African-owned spaza shops in townships and rural areas with up to R300,000 per shop: a stock grant of up to R40,000, asset and infrastructure funding (50 percent grant, 50 percent interest-free loan), and up to R100,000 in training support. Administered jointly by SEDFA and the NEF under the DSBD and the dtic.
