Overview

A cost-sharing grant covering 10 to 30 percent of qualifying infrastructure costs (roads, water, electricity and similar infrastructure that unlocks a private investment), capped at R50 million - rising to 10-50 percent for agro-processing and water/electricity grid-relief projects, and up to 100 percent for distressed municipalities and state-owned industrial parks. You must be a registered SA legal entity and at least a B-BBEE level 4 contributor (15-month grace period). Applications by email to CIPApps@thedtic.gov.za.
